New Web Site Launched For The High-Rises At Bonita Bay

The Lutgert Companies has introduced a totally new Web site for The High-Rises at Bonita Bay. The site, www.BonitaBayHighRises.com, combines fresh graphics, eye-catching photography and video clips, and a mix of information backed by catchy music to give visitors a vivid look at Bonita Bay’s incomparable lifestyle.

“Our goal was to create an experiential Web site that shows a true slice of life at Bonita Bay,” said The Lutgert Companies’ Todd Kendall, who oversees high-rise sales. “We’ve borrowed a Hollywood technique to create movie trailers that communicate the magic of The High-Rises at Bonita Bay in 30-second clips. There are video tours of the golf courses, tons of information and photos of Bonita Bay residents, rather than models. It’s very fun and engaging.”

All images were taken at Bonita Bay, and video trailers, with titles like “A Day at the Beach” and “The Impossible Putt,” show residents at play. Other videos star the high-rise sales associates and the views from a 27-story high-rise.
