Amenity deck completed at The Strada at Mercato

The Lutgert Companies announced that construction has been completed on the resident amenity deck at The Strada at Mercato in North Naples.

Located atop a two-level private parking garage, the amenity deck offers residents of The Strada a resort-style pool with a cascading waterfall, a hydro-therapy spa, and private sundecks complemented by a landscaped social deck with a gathering bar and fire pit, barbecue grills and veranda. For pet owners, the deck will offer a designated rooftop dog walk area.

Inside, the clubhouse offers a billiards room, entertaining area with fireplace, flat-screen television and full-sized kitchen, enhanced by a private exercise center overlooking the sundeck.

Located near the intersection of U.S. 41 and Vanderbilt Beach Road, The Strada is the first of two residential communities at The Mercato. The community will offer 92 luxury residences on the second through fifth floors of two buildings directly overlooking the crescent-shaped Main Street of The Mercato.
