The Lutgert Companies has introduced the first four model residences in Tavira at Bonita Bay, its sixth luxury high-rise in the Bonita Springs community. Tavira, which will be completed this fall, will have a 26th-floor rooftop sunset terrace overlooking Estero Bay, Bonita Beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
