The Lutgert Companies today announced the addition of Vogue Couture, an exclusive, designer clothing retailer, to establish its first West Coast location at The Mercato in Naples, Florida. Construction is currently proceeding on the new store location with an anticipated grand opening sometime by the end of the year.
