Mariana Makes Its Grand Debut In The Estuary At Grey Oaks

The “Mariana” model makes its grand debut in the exclusive enclave of Estuary at Grey Oaks. Located at 1280 Osprey Trail, the classically furnished model by Covelli Development Group enjoys spectacular panoramic lake, fairway and green views of the 5th hole of the Estuary Championship golf course.

To the left of entry, the formal dining room that comfortably seats ten, has a groin vault ceiling with metallic faux finish and custom chandelier  The temperature-controlled wine cellar, complete with corking station and natural rustic stone flooring, is across the hallway and adjacent to the kitchen.

The elegant, yet, relaxing environment provides a full view of the pool area and exceptional views of the lake and golf course.  The gourmet kitchen is equipped with two Sub-Zero refrigerators/freezer drawers, Wolf natural gas range, Miele Cappuccino maker, two Bosch dishwashers, and cabinetry hand-glazed onsite by local artisans. Beautiful granite trims the tops of counters, the island and separate breakfast bar complemented by a custom mosaic backsplash.

The family room opens to  the lanai under cover of a tongue-and-groove cypress ceiling. The 30’x 28’  lanai has remote controlled screens set in each of the eight perimeter arches, and fully equipped summer kitchen with Wolf grill fueled by natural gas. An environment friendly fuel source, natural gas releases heat quickly and easily and is sent directly to your home without requiring it to be generated.  Chiseled-edge travertine in a Versailles pattern covers the decking of the pool and spa, both of which are gas heated.

The 19’ x 20’ media room boasts a 122-inch screen with HD projection, floating coffer ceiling, remote-controlled reclining leather seating for eight, THX sound, and acoustical wall treatments. Enclosed in concrete, the room also doubles as a safe room.

A relaxed, appealing environment in the privacy of their own wing is afforded to owners in the master bedroom. The sitting area looks out to a scenic view of pool area, lake and golf course.  A double door entry leads to a beautiful marble appointed bathroom, that is truly made for two: his-and-her marble showers, his-and-her full-width mirrored custom vanities with marble counter tops, his-and-her walk-in closets with dressing areas, plus a separate makeup room, marble flooring, and a garden-style spa tub set in front of a window.
